If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund. To request a refund please read through and follow the steps explained below to help us to process the request as quickly as possible.

To request a refund you must follow the Request a Returns Code process.

NO REFUNDS on returns made for sale/outlet products. A store credit will be made available based on the reason for return.

Return Instructions

1. Before you return an item you must complete our returns request from which is available here or by using the big button at the end of this section
2. Provided that your request meets return criteria a Returns Code will be issued to you by email within 48hrs.  
3. Return items should be packed into the original packaging and all the labels/manuals and packaging still attached. A return address will be provided with your Returns Code. Postage/courier costs are non refundable.
4. Only items with a valid Returns Code will be accepted for returns.

Following these instructions will help to get your funds back into your account as soon as possible.

• The returns process must be initiated within 21 days of purchase (unless it is related to a materials/workmanship failure).
• If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
• A separate Returns Code is required for each order number.
• We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.
• The item must be in its original condition
• Items on indent are not refundable
• Items returned for refund may incur a restocking fee which can be a high as 40%.
• Package your item(s) in the original postage packaging.
• Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
• We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned product(s). Once the return has been approved, it takes 3-5 days for the refund to be made to your original method of payment.
